Since providing an initial update on 25 March 2020, we have made excellent progress in adjusting the business to address the current challenges. Our primary focus is the safety and well-being of our customers and staff and to ensure continuity of service as far as possible.  We have quickly adapted to new working practices, following and often exceeding Government guidelines. Our staff have been trained in Face Fit ensuring masks are used correctly and issued with HSE’s guidelines on Working in people’s homes.

During this time until otherwise advised by the government, we can assist with emergencies.
